Pi was pleased to welcome its new partner from India, a specialist in the power industry who will be mainly dealing with online Particle Counter analyzers for steam cycle corrosion monitoring.

Mr Dineshbabu of Vadim Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. visited Pi’s manufacturing facility in Burnley, UK, to receive full product training in September 2014. Vadim has over 10 years experience in engineering and construction services to the power, industrial and infrastructure sectors in India. The online Particle Counter analyzer, for steam cycle corrosion monitoring, provides a reliable and accurate measurement of particles down to low ppt levels and has received glowing praise from Mr Dineshbabu who was particularly impressed with the total particulate ppb output facility.

Pi’s range of Particle Counters

Pi has developed a stunning range of a sophisticated online particle counters for the measurement of particles in water. Instruments are available in different configurations depending on the customers needs:

  • CounterSenseCounterSense
The CounterSense is typically coupled with turbidity and differential pressure sensors to control the automatic backwash and has up to 6 user variable sizing channels including total particulate ppb option.

  • FilterSense FilterSense
The FilterSense is typically used where multiple sample monitoring points are required to monitor filter banks. This lowers the cost per point, since you can have one controller with multiple sensors on it.

  • ParticleSense Particle Counter - ParticleSense
The ParticleSense is a stand alone device which is typically used for steam cycle corrosion and online filter performance monitoring and optimization.
