Pi’s team of technical experts have decades of experience and will almost certainly have solved the problems that you are experiencing now. If not? We will be here to work and learn in partnership with you until we have solved those problems together.

Pi offers extensive warranty cover on all its equipment and can normally ship any spares or consumables needed the same day so your process is down the least possible time.

Pi’s standard warranty can vary between 1-2 years dependant on the equipment. The warranty does not include consumable parts as they often have their own separate, smaller warranty period. We also offer extended warranties on most of our products.
